Tegenungan Waterfall
After lunch we headed south to Tegenungan Waterfall. Entry was Rp 60,000 for the two of us. You see it first from a viewpoint at the top, then it’s a long way down the stairs to the bottom.

At the bottom, you can stand right by the pool and feel the spray. People were swimming in it, too.

Then back up all those stairs. On the drive back we stopped at a glass shop that looked more like a wholesaler: rows and rows of glass bowls and fish tanks on shelves. We still walked out with one glass aquarium (Rp 350,000), which made it all the way home.

Ubud Art Market and the palace
Back in Ubud, a wander through the Ubud Art Market: bags, dresses, wooden carvings and a lot of bargaining.

Ubud Palace is right across the road, so we said hello again.

Naughty Nuri’s
Dinner was at Naughty Nuri’s, the Ubud warung famous for its BBQ pork ribs.

The ribs come sticky and charred straight off the grill out front. Worth the hype.

Back at The Udaya
Back at the resort, the bamboo pavilion and the gardens were lit up for the night.

Somehow there was room for dessert at the resort bar. A lava cake and two drinks to end the day.
