USJ day. We were at the gate before 7, and it opened early. The globe with almost nobody around it.
Rilakkuma was here too, obviously.
Minion Park
First stop, Minion Park, while the queues were still short.

Early morning USJ is the best. Hollywood and New York, almost empty.

Back in Minion Park, a big Minion photo.
Headbands on
Then the shops, and we came out with Mario mushroom headbands (¥5,400). Every adult in USJ is wearing one, so we fit right in.

Elmo was out on the street doing photos.
Onward to Super Nintendo World!
Information About Universal Studios Japan
Osaka's Universal theme park, with Super Nintendo World and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Universal City Station on the JR Yumesaki Line is right outside.
PS: The gates often open earlier than the posted time. Be there before 7 and head straight for the busiest area, or get an Express Pass.
